How is the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) Different than Zillow, Realtor.com, or Trulia?
In most areas 1000’s of agents work together and put their properties on a central database for their region call the MLS or Multiple Listing Service. The MLS is the source of the information, and the data is then copied by Zillow, Realtor.com, Trulia, etc.
